Submitting Problem Reports

Use send-pr to submit Problem Reports to the database. send-pr is a shell script which composes a template for submitters to complete.

You can invoke send-pr from a shell prompt, or from within GNU Emacs using M-x send-pr (see Submitting Problem Reports from Emacs.)
