(note: Greg writing this bit) This is a texinfo translation of a document written by Jim Blandy describing the how's and why's of good ChangeLog maintainence. These should provide both a reference for dealing with guile's ChangeLogs, and a reference of what should be expected of the ChangeLogs for code submissions.
The formatting isn't always the greatest for examples; look at real ChangeLogs to see exactly how the entries are laid out. I've also not been really thorough in translating to `appropriate' texinfo tags; I thought it would likely be more effort than benefit, though if it turns out really, really ugly, it might be worthwhile to approach this.
Also, I've removed the real email addresses from the examples. Though maybe not necessary, I really dislike publishing email addresses without explicit permission. However, this address is real: Greg.Harvey@thezone.net, and that's where you should send comments, suggestions or corrections.
